    My lifting program

    Chest tri
    Bench 5X5
    Incline Db 3X10
    flyes 3x10
    dips 3x of as many as i can do
    Standing tricep extension 3x10
    dumbell pullovers 3x10

    Back Bi
    pullups 3x of as many as i can do
    chinups3x of as many as i can do
    standing dumbell curl3x10
    reverse curl preacher curl3x10
    deadlift3x10
    seated row3x10

    Shoulder legs
    squat 5x10-12
    lunges 1x10
    leg curls 3x10
    leg extensions3x10
    db press3x10
    front delt raises3x10
    side delt raises3x10
    upright row3x10

    Not bad, what days do you lift on?

    The DB pullovers are more of a back exercise. (unless your seated upright)

    your doing the same split as me,allthough my exercise vary a lil and your stats are alot better .

    it's a very common split, mine is similar except I am doing back/tri's and chest/bi's.
