Eat alot of chili
I play lacrosse for highschool and I just started heavy lifting about a month and a half ago. I have a while till the season starts and I want to get alot faster sprintwise. I need to able to outrun my defenders and also have quick agility. What can i do to get explosive?
I weigh 131 and am 5'3.

to get faster in sprinting I would suggest sprints.
I got faster by fastening a refridgerator to my back and running up hill. When that got to light I'd hook a car to my waist and pull it up the hill with it in Park. Start by leaving it in Neutral and working up to Park.
Another good way to increase foot speed is to walk into a gay bar and yell Fag.

cleans and squats will help make you explosive. For squats do the box squat, will defintely help give you an edge. And for cleans there are so many different variations try starting off with the clean and jerk. If you don know how to do it look it up im sure there is somewhere that illustrates how to do it.
