I a going to start my cutting phase. am i doing everything right?
I'm am going to start my cutting phase . & i Need all the help i can get. i was just wondering i'm on the right track to losing fat & preserving most if not all of my muscle? I plan on cutting until I reach 9% Bodyfat, guesstimate of a period of 45-60 days . Currently 5'9, 185 15% Bodyfat
- 5 reps with compounds,8 reps with rest of excercises
- keep strength on ALL lifts (especially compounds)
- High protein, moderate carbs, moderate fats
- 2100 Calories first 2 weeks, 2000 next 2, 1900 Next 2, & so on.
- 6 small meals spaced out every 2-3 hours. No eating after 8 (I sleep at 12)
- half of meals (3) coming from protein shakes
- drinking 20 tall glasses of water a day

M - Chest & Calves
T - Back & Traps
W - HIIT
T - Shoulders & Triceps
F - Legs & Biceps
S - HIIT
S - REST
so yeah, please critique. What do you guys think? This is my first ever cutting phase & I really want to fk it up
