    problem right is way stronger than my left

    yesterday i was training chest and after the first 4 set of bench my left pec was so weak that when i flexed it it would become hard but my right was fine. every body part on my upper body is way stronger on my right side any help!

    Time is the only thing that will remedy this issue. Work more dumbbells and hammer strength and report back in 12 months. GICH

    Right on.

    This is a very common issue. I used to be the same way when I started lifting.. Left arm was weaker than my right. Also a lot of my clients are the same way. Over time they even themselves out. Ive seen it time after time.

    Excellent advice. Dumbbell presses & hammer strength presses helped me to even out the strength in my chest
