Not eating enough carbs before a workout can result in depleted energy and therefore depleted motivation.

Today I was in the gym and my motivation just gave out on me I lost the will to keep workingout How do you keep motivation up when during your workout you lose the will to workout. I am losing weight and I can see and feel it and thats good. so that gives me alot of motivation but sometimes not enough.

Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder but dont nobody wanna lift this heavy ass weight. R.C.

Are you producing a sweat in the early parts of training. I find that the better sweat I get going early makes my workout that much better. I train with a sweatshirt for my big compounds until I get going. I realize this is just my personal preference but im shooting out ideas.

I am sweating at the begining of the workout and all the way thru but today I just lost motivation ( but that will not stop me from working out I'm going to keep at it.)

not using a preworkout drink and if I let my mind wonder I may just stop before I get started

Any good suggestions for a pre-workout supplement or drink, first 10-15 mins always drag for me, but after that i get going wish I could go hard from the get go.

Try n0explode. do listen to music? If not invest in a mp3 or iPod. And try to find a good workout partner...

Its all in the head. Just get your mind focused on exactly why you're doing what you're doing. It's easy to lose your overall goal in the minutiae of macronutrients, sets, reps, meal timings, calories etc etc etc.
The reason you're going to the gym should be, and usually is, motivation enough. Focus on it. Think about it on the way to your workout, think about it during sets, think about it when you otherwise want to crawl out of the gym on your knees.
Motivation comes from inside yourself. The only thing that can make or break your will is you.
Philosophical shit aside, take some caffeine.

Training is primarily a psychological challenge...plain and simple. Believe me, if it were simply about carbs or pre-workout supps. I would have died a long time ago.
If you fixate on all of the secondary aspects of training/working out, such as those mentioned above, and don't have the proper mindset....sure, you'll crash and burn. This is completely normal....happens all the time.
Personally, when I lose focus or get frustrated, I'll just stop for a minute, take a quick stroll down the hall or find a temporary diversion, get my head back in the game and go back to work. Even though I'm not a big fan of hanging around between sets, there is no written law that says you have to complete your workout within a certain period of time, or run straight through your routine. Just take a breather, remind yourself why you are there, and jump back on it. If this doesn't work.....Get MAD.....seems to help me.

I currently use Hemo rage, but have used many. You can pick up Jacked pretty cheap and works well.

You all must struggle in different ways than me. I don't get overly cerebral about the whole thing. I don't have to mentally prepare for anything when it comes to the gym. I lose motivation when my body tells me that it dosent have the energy to perform at the level at which I'm accustomed to.

My mind is strong and therefore my body is strong. Motivation stays consistant for me.
