    bk from injury

    hiya
after about of year of stealing info of these forums i have never lifted too heavy . chest 120kg deadlift 150kg, however i have been out with a strained rhomboid for about 10 weeks now. brutal not being able to lift. especially because its in an area tht effects everything. its beggining to get better but dont want to rush in and reinjure it. it hurts only slightly now. and im sure ive lost strength on all other areas. definately lost mass/shape. do u think its time tonstart strengthening the back (as surely a little pain is normally experienced when training?) or should i wait until no pain at all. also if i cant strengthen back do u think it is wise to steengthen other areas. any advice would be helpful.
    thanks guys

Personally if I were in your situation, i would continue to work other areas, and leave the injured alone. Until cleared by a doctor to start training again.
