well your hitting all major parts!! legs and back and chest and arms the only thing thats missing here to me would be the backs of your legs and calfs
you can add some hip and toe raises to get those too

I am looking for some critique. I am off shore on a ship and dont have alot of weight and machines to work with. I posted this in my transformation thread but thought that it might do me some good to check in here also. I do this on a daily bases and increase when I can.
After work:
Push ups reg. 30x4
Dips on a ledge and chair 30x4
Crunches 45x4
Overhand Pull ups 4 sets usually 10,10,8,6
Under hand Pull ups 4 sets 10,10,10 until fail.
Lunges 25x8
I add curls and stiff arm lat raises with the Band or dumb bells every other day. I also walk consently between sets. Basicly other then the tred mill and bike all my workout is done out doors on the Bow of ship I work on here in Africa for the next 3 wks. Oh yeah its hot as hell here. 12° south of the Equator.
Thanks in advanced

Thanks I will throw those in also.
Hmmmm... looks good to me. I have done a couple bodyweight routines when I don't have a gym, and it always feels weird to do 100000 pushups when I can only do 10 pullups.
For pushups, have a friend push against you so you can only get 10 reps. Or better yet, find a lighter friend and have him sit on your back. And I would swap the lunges out for squats. Try doing them while you are holding someone on your back. Good stuff.

On a Boat
Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder but dont nobody wanna lift this heavy ass weight. R.C.
