I'm aware that there are different types of exercises for each muscle your looking to make stronger but I'm just trying to find out what members consider "A Must" in all workouts.. I friend recently gave me some and I've found a few good exercises on the net but I'm just looking for a general consensus. So I guess what I'm asking is what are your favorite dumbbell exercises?
