    Really Light Headed??

Hey guys I've been feeling really light headed in the gym lately and right after I work out. It usually hits worse on work outs when I am down like on a bench or when I do squats or something more exhausting. I did chest and tris today and then did a little swimming and then left. I feel really light headed right now am trying to shove some protein and fruit in me to help. Usually carbs seem to help but I am trying to stay away from breads etc right now and keep those carbs down. Anybody have any ideas. I'm sure when I post my supps it will throw some red flags but my cycle has been approved by other experienced members but I think its ok but maybe I'm missing something or neglecting something?

    Supps:
    Mdrol
    Clen
    T3
    Taurine
    Potassium Gluconate
    Cycle Support RX
    Glucosamine/Chondroitin
    Fish Oil

I try to drink lots of water....do I need to drink more..is that my problem?
    Blood sugar getting too low?
Am I working out too hard??: I am working heavy for 3-4 sets of 5-6 reps
    Split: Monday - Chest tris
    Tuesday - Cardio Abs
    Wednesday - Bis and Back
    Thursday - OFF
Friday - Shoulders and Legs and Abs
    Saturday - OFF
    Sunday Cardio Abs

    I appreciate any help!

Are you forgetting to breathe properly? Breathing is huge during training. When you take conscious action towards engaging in full inhalation + exhalation, it can make a big difference.

This would happen all the time to me during overhead presses. I would get wicked light headed after heavy sets, but then I started doing slow and controlled deep breathes before my sets (really engaging the diaphragm and drawing the abdominal cavity downward, and I was fine. Same with deadlifts.

Breathing and blood sugar are the main reasons for that.
I get it all the time its like im drunk at times.
Happens alot with going really hard and then taking a breather.
I know i don't breath right all the time(working on it)and it does help!
For me it gets me bad after lifting and jumping right into hiit during my recovery sets.Im also doing it for 20-30min with a sled/prowler not your average hiit session.
Like to make sure im around something to latch on to.LOL
    Train hard!!

Hmmm I never thought that I might not be breathing correctly. I've never noticed starving myself of air but I'll try and make sure I breathe from now on lol easy thing to overlook I guess? I probably don't get enough carbohydrates after workouts either so I'll try and correct that also. Trying to wean myself off of grains right now though as I think it is making me keep my stomach fat. Thanks guys!

    Could be Blood Pressure.

If you don't breathe properly during heavy lifts you can get light headed. It can also be related to taurine intake if it's high enough. Other than that it could be a medical issue so it wouldn't hurt to see a doctor to get yourself checked out (blood pressure and the works)

Ever notice when lifting heavy you kinda hold your breath? This is called the Valsalva Maneuver. Its unavoidable. Valsalva's maneuver - definition of Valsalva's maneuver in the Medical dictionary - by the Free Online Medical Dictionary, Thesaurus and Encyclopedia.
