    help to tweak my routine

    my current routine is as follows, i feel its time to tweak it a little, and im looking for help to change it to a high intensity routine, so help on rep ranges, sets and changing up exercises a little would be great thanks.

    tues- back&tris
    t-bar rows
    lat pulldowns
    1-arm dumbell row
    dips
    close grip bench


    thurs-chest&bis
    bench press
    incline bench press
    flys
    hammer curls
    ez bar curls

    sat-legs&abs
    squats
    leg press
    romanian deads
    leg curl
    leg extensions

    sun-shoulders & deads
    deads
    military press
    shoulder press
    lateral raises
    shrugs
    calf raises

    Thanks I'm after advice for rep ranges and sets, previously I was doing 4sets of 10 but feel it's time to change a little to suit my goals.

    When I did HIT I only did a few sets per workout. If you for real go til failure on 1 set it's hard to do another with comparable weight. Especially with squats and deads. My routine was only 4-8 sets per workout.

    im 20 years old, 5ft 10 180 lbs bf estimate 13%. my goals are to bulk up to 190 lbs without putting to much fat on. ive been training for around 3 years seriously past year. have been on many routines, most recent a full body routine just heavy compound exercises. the routine above is which ive been using the past few months, 4 sets of 10 for each exercise. was thinking maybe changing it up to 4 sets 6-8 reps. and 5x5 for squats and deads?
