    next move

Im about to finish up a 8 week creatine cycle, doing an upper/lower split, every other day. Almost every excise is compound and I have made nice strength increases since day one.

My plan is to do 2 weeks no creatine and a 50% weight week then start back up again, same routine and everything. How sound is this?
    I'm 25m 6'2 165 building muscle is my goal.

    Currently taking
-whey protein shakes first thing when waking and post workout and whenever(EAS)
-BCAA's after breakfast and after lunch (ON caps)
-multivitamin 2 per meal (orange triad)
-fish oil with breakfast and dinner
-creatine hour before workout and mixed with protein shake post-workout. (cheap supplements)

    Training routine
    - exrx.net/Workouts/Workout2UL.html
    Workout A: Upper Body

    Chest (General) BB bench
    Back (General) Rows
    Chest (Upper) BB incline bench
    Back (Lats) Lat pull downs
    Deltoid (Front) military press
    Deltoid (Side) ^
    Triceps Rope pull downs
    Biceps DB curls
    Trapezius (Upper) BB shoulder shrugs

    Workout B: Lower Body

    Quadriceps squats
    Hamstrings Romanian dead lifts
    Quadriceps quad extensions
    Hamstrings lying leg curls
Calves (General) single leg weight calf raises
Abdominal weighted sit ups + leg lifts
    Obliques side bends

New training routine or modify this any?
Any supps I should be taking or am taking wrong?

productive criticism to anything above appreciated
    -thanks for reading

If your deloading for 2 weeks why not stick to the same exercises and then start a new program after those 2 weeks. Maybe keep all the major lifts the same like squat, deadlift, bench and military press so you can keep measuring your strength progress and change up the other exercises a bit, such as Good mornings replacing hamstring curls, CG bench or Dips replacing the tricep exercises and Chins instead of Lat pull downs!!!! Just a thought!

That was my plan: 2 weeks off creatine with the second week 50% power.
Good idea for swapping out exercises.
Anything I could add to my supplements?

8 weeks on creatine is not long enough IMO. Keep with creatine for another 8 weeks, do 16 weeks on creatine and 2 off if you want.

    Why go off creatine?

You don't have to cycle off creatine. The routine looks ok.

It's like filling a cup with water -- the cup will never get 'used to' the water. You can always top it off.

Basically the same idea with the creatine that your tissues can hold.

That makes sense. now i guess i'll just have a deload week 10, then keep doing what im doing. Everything is working well. Gaining a solid pound about every 2 weeks, and putting up more weight almost every workout for at least one exercise. I guess

I'm guess im good on supplementation, just keeping what I have now in stock. Maybe getting some casein or something for overnight.

Been looking into pro hormones, but I don' think I'm at that level yet.
