    please critique my hypertrophy upper/lower routine

    mon (upper)

    flat bench press 4x6 , 1xDS -50% (DS=dropset)
    db row 4x6 , 1xDS -50%
    seated DB "power cleans" + db shrugs 3x15
    cg chinups + tricep dips 3x10
    renegade rows 4x5

    wed (lower)

    leg extensions 2x20
    front squat 4x8
    bulgarian split squat dbs 3x12
    leg curls 3x12
    db calf raise 3x15-20
    abs circuit 3x
    hanging from bar 3xMax

    fri (upper)

    incline db press + wide pullups 3x10
    db flys incline + bent over lateral raise 3x12
    seated db press 3x10
    cg bench press 3x8 , 1xDS -50%
    bb curl 3x8 , 1xDS -50%
    hanging leg raise 3x15


    what do you think about that workout ? my priority is upper body because my legs have grown too much and i need more upper body hypertrophy

    That looks OK to me. I would throw some deadlifts in there somewhere though.
