    Can only train once this week...

    ....due to my hrs in wrk i can only get down the gym once this week to train(well 2'c if train sat and sun day after each other),can anyone help me with a work out for this day i was thinking may be do some hit traing.I've never done this befor tohugh and dont think can be good for you but i need do something grrrrrr i hate work!cheers in advance guys thanx!

    Dude, it's just one week. You can resume training perfectly afterwards.

    Either use it as a week off, or go in and do:

    squats
    bench
    deads
    chins
    row
    overhead-press

    2-3 sets for each and then get out the gym.

    You'll be fucked completely of course, but hey..it'll be fun.

    Even more fun if you superset the entire workout.

    tax season is approaching and I don't think I'll make it to the gym more than once a week......

    any more suggestions.... (hint hint GP)

    Either take the week off, or go do compound movements and just hit your whole body.

    I also agree with TCD, on weeks like that if you can't stay away, make it a fun day at the gym.
    Focus on something like Squats or Deads, have some fun.

    I say take the week off or hit the day of your split (or 2-3parts) that you want to emphasize most. Just me, though
