    Training Plan Tell me what you think!

    I have been Training 6 days a week and feel that I am not recoverying enough. I took off a week and a half and am going to start a new program. Please tell me which one you think is better. I need my off days to be mon and sat. Thanks for you input.
    First one, Mon- off, Tues- Chest/abs/aerobics ( 20 mins on bike )
    Wed- Back/shoulders /abs Thrusday- off Fri-Tris/Bis/abs/aerobics
    Sat-off Sun- Quads/Hams. I wiil keep big muscle groups to 12 sets and smaller groups to 6-10 sets Rep range will be 6-8.
    Second one, Mon- off Tues- chest/abs/aerobics Wed-Back/abs
    Thrus- Shoulders/Tris/Aerobics Fri- Biceps/calves/abs Sat-off Sun-
    Quads/Hams. Same set and rep range as above.
