Heavy squats. I'm nursing a psoas injury right now and I'm off heavy squats, so mostly this is nostalgia.

I don't have a particular body part I enjoy training the most, or get the most satisfaction from training. I get satisfaction from training my calves to my traps, and everything in between.

Same for a routine, all a method to my madness.

Not one routine stands out for me. They all make me feel good right after... unless, I failed to do what I intended to do for that day.

I never feel amazing after a routine or workout I always feel like shit, on the verge of blacking out, vomiting, collapsing or going on a adrenaline filled blood bath. Never amazing this shit ain't meant to be fun or feel god its meant to hurt and get you swole. No pain no gain baby!!

But if we take pain to be good which i do then i guess legs, back or delts nothing like a 10 part drop set on any of those bad boys.

I do three types of workouts
    cardio
    weights
    and bikram yoga

I love how they all make me feel and dont think I COULD choose just one... but if I had to I think it would be my cardio.
I know chalk me up to nuts but I love it!
I wake up early and hit an hour on my elliptical keeping my heart rate in the 160 ish range
    wakes me up
gets blood and feel good chemicals flowing
clears my head and makes me feel good all day

some sort of cluster training seems to be working well for me, sort of like myo reps/dc training, but definitely shorter more intense workouts rather than marathon loads of sets per bodypart type workouts

Love me some legs. The feeling of wanting puke and fall over when I am done lets me know that I had an awesome workout and it's all good after that! I feel amazing when on a Friday or Sunday morning I am the only one within 50 feet of the legs section.

I've found that heavy squats followed by some light incline treadmill cardio is near orgasmic.

You know what else is good at the end of legs. Try the stationary bike at a slow pace using a very high resistance for 5 minutes. I don't usually see veins in my quads, but after this they get nice and pumped. Nice cool down and floods the muscles with blood nicely. When I get off the bike I can barely stand.
