BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Heavy, Strict, Dumbell Flyes have made my chest huge. It just depends on what works best for you. You should try out different mass movements for chest like bench, incline bench and dumbell flyes. Then find the one that works best and go Heavy. I read in a book by Larry Scott that a 20 degree incline for incline presses supposedly uses more muscle fibers in your upper chest, you may want to give this a try also.

You can't shape your chest like that, the shape will depend on size and your genetics.
All you can do is add mass to your upper and lower chest. |

Scotty,
you mention that you can only train your upper and lower chest. Exactly exercises work what area more. I have noticed with me, that it seems that my pecks seem to be developing more right around where they connect to the shoulders. The lower part seems to be developing OK too. but what i would assume is the upper part does not seem to be gaining as much mass as the other two parts I mentioned. any advice or ideas? |

The Pectoralis Major, Clavicular or Upper chest is actualy the part up by the shoulder your talking about, it extends from about your arm pit up to your caller bone.
Incline presses or incline flies build up your upper pecs. |

If you want to pump your pecs full of blood after a chest workout do 5 sets of Feet raised push ups to failure on each set with no more than 60 seconds rest between sets.
I find that it visibly swells your pecs and even better it eases next day soreness! ------------------ What doesn't kill us makes us strong |
