    major legs each wo

I just designed my new 3 day wo and wonderd if it will be counterproductive to have a major leg lift each day, like this:

    MON-leg press then chest&bi's

    WED-squats then chest&shoulders

    FRI-deds then traps&lats

I like the idea of using the legs first to really get the blood and momentum flowing, I know i can't shread my legs like i would on a once a week routine[can barely walk for 3 days when i kill em], but it seems the advantage to the rest of the wo would be worth it

If you switched wed and fri workouts, I think it would work a lot better for you. I don't know why you are doing chest twice though, but switching w and f would help that, too.

Plus you don't really need traps. I have never done those before...the best workout for traps is deadlift. I constantly see people doing these things where they hold their wrist down, and pull weight up with their hands. The best forearm and trap workout is a deadlift. If you really want to hit em hard, do sumo AND conventional and alternate hand direction for each set.

Is this workout with or without ASS. Three/out of seven days with or with/out ASS still seems half ass to me. With that said the way you have it set up is fine. Just move traps to WED and do after shoulders, and add tri in on weds. You can try making Mon your heavy pushing exer for chest, and Wed flys. So Wed would go
    Tri
    chest (only fly movements)
    shoulder
    traps
