    Football combine tommorow

    hey, tomorrow i am being tested for football in these 4 categories, 40 yard dash, dead lift, bench press, and squat. what can i do today and 8 hours before the combine to be as energetic and healthy so i can run my fastest and lift my heaviest?

    Eat a lot of carbs today, and some tomorrow especially about 1.5-2 hours before you do your test. Also, don't lift today or run and get a good nights sleep. That's about all you can do. Make sure you war up properly before attempting maxes.

    Rest, good sleep, stretching, complex carbs...

    I would take a pre-workout supp or 200mg of caffeine 30-45mins prior to the combine.
