What's the purpose behind your assistance/isolation exercises given that you should not be expecting any hypertrophy?

I wouldn't workout 6 days a week, and I wouldn't do some much direct arm work on a cut.

How old are you? because when your young 20's you never get tired and sore and recover fast but you break your body down for the future... and when you get older you realize that you over trained and thats why you have all those injuries... well thats the case with me anyways. so yes i dont think your letting your body recover enough and you are doing bis than the next day doing back which is bis also. so i think you should look at some of the stickys in the forum and research some more... but your in the right place..

Not enough rest. Diet to cut but your workout week should still see at least 2-3 rest days.

stick mostly to complex work... i.e. squats, deadlifts, pull ups, rows, bench, presses. Minimal shit like curls and tricep kick backs, etc. Cut with your diet. Hold on to muscle with your routine.

Yeah it's too much.At 6ft and only 185 lbs i wouldn't stress too much about cutting or isolation movements.

try something like this. 2 on 1 Off

    Chest & Calves
    Back, Hamstrings & Traps
    Rest
    Shoulders & Triceps
    Quads & Biceps
    Rest

This is the best split IMO, 5 days a week , muscles split out 48 hours to avoid Overtraining, which you definitely do not want on a cut. Isolation isn't needed, just lift REALLY heavy compounds maintaining all your strength to actually give your muscles a reason to stay.
