    DC Training

    Looking for the program would like to give it a try. If anyone has the program or info and DC training I would greatly appreciate it.

    There is no set template for exercises, it depends on your weak points. I really like DC so i'm sure if you have the right attitude you wil too.

    I have trained DC. If you follow the guidelines and are mentally and physically ready, it is a great program. It requires maximum intensity, many think they are ready and aren't.
