Big, what do you eat before hitting the gym?Getting up 30 minutes sooner to be able to grab a bite seems an awful lot for newbie early bird!

depends on my schedule since I am self-employed. the last corp gig I had years ago, had me getting up at 0330 and at the gym at 0400. but now I just go whenever
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I used to hit the gym at 5:30am before work but I always hit a wall in the afternoon...I now go after work at 6:30pm...the gym's always packed at that time but it worksbetter for me overall.

I have my best workouts from 4:00 - 6:00 AM. I train at home and my 3 year old is always bugging me if I try it any other time of the day. Also, it takes me about 20 minutes to get my mind going, but once I do, I am able to give my best at this time.
