    How many calories do I burn jogging 4 miles?

    • Sometimes on cardio day I'll jog 4 miles. Just curious has to how many calories that these 4 miles burn. I was guestimating 500. What do you guys think? I'm 5'11 and weigh 205 pounds at around 13 percent BF. Just curious to see what you guys say. Thanks!

    depends on your heart rate, but I would say it's higher than 500. do you do it outside or on a treadmill?

    Thanks for the reply. I always do it outside. I cant stand stationary aerobics. I usually clock it in at around 36 minutes.

    that's a pretty good clip. Intense cardio like that scares me into thinking I might be eating away at muscle, but if it's workin for you stick with it. I know there's no feeling in the world comparable to the one you get after a long hard run.
