lol the masterbation is it what's doing it... Na just kidding lol. I have this same problem, however I'm right handed and my right hand is bigger and more defined than my left yet my left is stronger? Very weird scenario. But since I was really self conscious about it I started reading about it and really one thing that I kept seeing pop up and up is don't do too much isolation exercises, do a lot more compound lifts, this way it's not just one muscle that gets attention it's your whole body, over time it fixes itself. It's also just genetics, your right arm might just genetically be larger, in that case trying to make your left just as big will cause further imbalances and make it worse in the end. So try for a few weeks doing compound lifts, ie... Bench, Over head press, incline, push press, barbell rows, pendlay rows, chin ups, etc... I hope this helps somewhat!
