    Front squats

Are front squats a good temporary replacement for normal squats. I train at home and dont have a squat rack yet?

Yea it's fine. I don't know how heavy you can go on fronts without a rack, are you just going to do a clean to get it up?

Front squats are great. They are a fine replacement for back squats.

I think they're a good supplement to regular squats, idk about a replacement for any period of time. I mean doing what you can is better than not doing any leg work, but back squats are the best exercise around in my book.
