If you"ve just gotta do cardio, I would just do HIT cardio in no more than 20-25 min intervals.

Just passing on whats worked for me, you may be able to bulk and still do cardio but I know when I tried, i couldn't gain but when I stopped the cardio, the pounds started to come.

i dont think a little so called cardio hurts during a bulk.
