    Experienced advice

    Hi folks, im recovering from a grade 3 pec tear i was told no operation was needed,im told in a months time im able to train again,what should i do for my chest,always trained heavy and intense,someone recomends volume training with reps 15-20,do you have any ideas for me,cant stand traing chest any how but now im shit scared about it,any info from you would help me lots,take care folks Mick.....

    Really I think this would be a better question for your doctor. Definitely don't over do it and personally I would give more than enough time off for rest. Start with something real easy like pushups and go by feel.

    rest it completely for a few weeks, judging how you feel do very light, therapeutic weight to contract the muscle group.

    Also look into IGF-1 to help speed the recovery of the soft tissue damage.
