    crazy or not so

    hey
ok been told i cant train for 5 to 8 weeks , the thought of loosing hard earned muscle is killing me, so besides keeping my protein levels high i was wondering if there was anything else i could do to stop the muscle wasting or going during this time
when i blew my knee out i lost all the muscle in my leg i was given a tens machine to put the elctro pads on the muscle and it was ment to help aid recovery

so im thinking would it be crazy if i bought one of these small tens machines and put the pads on my chest , contacting the muscle without putting it under a load so to speak??
