    Tues - Back - Biceps
Chin ups - Bent Row (dumbell) - Bent Row (barbell) - good morning -deadlift
    Curls - Reverse Curls

    Weds - Abs - Cardio
Go run around the track for a bit.
Upper abs weighted curl up - Bicycle sit ups

    Thurs - Chest - Triceps
Dumbell press - Incline Chest Fly - Barbell Press - Wide grip push up
    Skull Crunshes - Dips

    Fri - Shoulders - Traps
Military Press - Arnold Press - Lateral Raise - Rear Delt Fly
    Dumbell Shrugs - Barbell Shrugs

Looks pretty good but I could tell you much more if you posted your reps and set intervals.

    - one suggestion for your dead lifts: you could dead lift every other week on your leg day. That's what I did and in saw big gains and huge core strength improvement. Just a suggestion.

Deadlifts were killing me on my back days so I swapped them with rack pulls. I really like them. Give it a shot. It helps isolate the back and u can move more weight and doesn't leave me as swamped as full deadlifts do and I feel it makes my back workout as a whole more productive.

Ditch shrugs and do deads on Fridays.

Op, why one day is dedicated to abs and cardio? You can easily do post-workout cardio couple times a week and through abs with your leg day, do them the last thing. Personally, I love starting my back workout with deadlifts, it warms up my whole body and gives me a huge moyivation to hit my back hard.Hope that helps.

this, Plus I think you can drop/alternate between a few movements.
    1. Alternate between Arnold Press and Shoulder Press.
    2. Rear Delt raise and side laterals
    3. Wide Grip pushups and bench
    4. Dumbbell rows and Barbell Rows

Nice split though I should say. Just some tips I thought would be more productive.
