    Three years now ..

Gained 1 lbs in my first year, 4 lbs in my second, and 25 lbs in my third ..
it's really all about knowing what you should be doing, and actually doing it ..
    (and I don't mean steroids!)

I found that training takes a serious backstep when it come to diet:
always make what you eat a priority, don't just "train harder", it won't get you anywhere ..

I lifted steady for five years when I was 17-21 y.o. I've been back at it for the the past year. A total of five years lifting weights.

On and off for just over six years, seriously for the last three years or so. When I say "seriously", I mean I've been eating the right foods and taking my workouts much more seriously. For the first three years I was working out, I may have been eating 100g protein a day. I just didn't know any better.

Been lifting for the last two years pretty seriously with a 4 month lull while moving earlier this year.

As with IAB, my eating wasn't as clean as it should have been, but that's on track now.
