    2 a days

Does anyone here go to the gym in the morning and night time? I know rest is important but would this hinder muscle growth if you work the same muscle group twice a day then get your normal 2-3 days rest while you work a different area the following days?

Two a days are ok as long as you do not over do it. Continuing 2 a days more than 6 or 8 weeks can really hinder progress because you are not only over reaching, you are over training at that point. Look at some articles by Dr. Stompani on the subject. (I believe that is his name it is in the encyclopedia of Muscle and Fitness)

I think this would only be good once a week, if at all.

From my own experience...... don't do it. Your gonna burn out and then get to where you don't even want tohear about the gym.

If you can physically train twice a day you aren't training hard enough. Simple as that.

You will unnecessarily fry your CNS in no time unless you're on a considerable amount of gear.
