I think oly bar curls in the squat rack will help. Stare into the mirrow to make sure your hitting the right area.

I prefer dumbbells when I'm in the squat rack. Then I just rest them on the ground. It makes my pump enormous because I'm in the rack.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

Whilst we're here what about cheat curls in the squat rack? as a serious question. If i'm gonna do cheat curls it will be over 200lbs and i don't feel like deadlifting that before each set.
