10 situps and 20 jumping jacks is all I'd ever do on a vacation where the goal is to relax and have fun.

No doubt - a few Miller Lite curls and some Captain and coke squats will get you on your way - enjoy your vacation

If you're taking a vacation, take a vacation. However I am guilty of going to the gym last year in Destin.

I do. Typically I'll do press ups and situps. Depending on where I am I'll also try to incorporate swimming and running a couple of times per week as well...then when I'm not training, I usually eat like a horse! Thats what vacations are for right!!!

When on a trip for work, if the hotel doesn't have a gym or one of those treadmill only rooms, I do body squats, push up, prone bridges, crunches, dips off a chair or what ever else comes to mind in the room. When I am on vacation, I am on vacation. Eat, drink, go see/do something, bang the wife, repeat.

I train during vacations...but it is nowhere near like my regular training.

I usually do some sort of body weight circuit training in the morning followed by quick stretching. It would take no more than 25 minutes. I do it mostly because it makes me feel good for the rest of the day. A moving body is a healthy body.

Your diet will set you free.

I hate exercise, I love training.

You could workout while on vacation, but why not just take your time off and relax. Let your mind and body both have a break from working out. It would most likely be benificial - as long as you don't get wasted all week! Lol

Just came back from Samoa. The gym was half inside half out side. The weights were old and rusty. No ac and no drinking fountain, was 90 ° and felt like 90% humidity..Lol. All I can say is I'm glad to be back at my gym.

Awesome! Personally speaking, I prefer to rest/relax as much as possible (which isn't much with 3 little ones lol) while vacationing yet I make sure my diet stays in check.

I do nothing on vacation! Diet goes out the window, training goes out the window, I just relax! You bust your balls 50 weeks of the year, a couple off isn't going to kill you.

Maybe do a few pressups and pullups before going to the bars/club but that's about it

    Hell no.

Short of swimming laps in the pool or ocean to get pumped up, I'm there to eat like a king, drink like a fish, relax and look at ass.

My wife tends to run on the beach or the treadmill first thing in the am while on vacation but that's her problem not mine.

It depends...I think it's healthy to give your body a break at times. Especially the older you get. Breaks give your body time to heal.
