Changing up the rep range I've been working in, changing the movements I do or change the volume. Breaks help sometimes too.

Personally i find hitting the plataeuing bodypart everyday or every other day for a week then a week off from it works.

but if your plataeuing as a whole then increase reps drop weigths and allow more recovery time by switching to an upper/lower split or just increase cals and take a week off.

Absolutely, also try adding an extra day (or 2) between workouts...give your muscles more chance to recover.

Just keep you routine changing. I usually run 4-5 different workouts as far as sets and reps go and rotate them weekly. With this I only repeat a workout once every month or so. With this I've almost never hit a plateau.
