1.What the formula to convert kg, into pounds? or the ratio or something. Oh and whats the formula for converting meters into feet?

2.In the article "Are you eating enough?" by Leah Wynne, it had a piece of seeing how much calz you should be having, and your exercise was worked out into groups for exp (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk), what does hard exercise mean?

3.Whats a good carbz, protein fat ratio for a 16 year old who wants to be/stay healthy, and wants to build muslce ( of course) and wants to gain some weight? (p.s is a 40 carbz, 30 protien, 30fat a good persentage for some1 wanted to build muslce?)

O.k that looks like enough for now

    thanks for reading this.
