first off i would like to say, great website and thank you too the helpful people at these forums, the articles and froums, have helped me loads, and although i havnt posted much here, it should soon change, the reason is, i have just preferred to read and learn, enway, to the point of my post:
1.What the formula to convert kg, into pounds? or the ratio or something. Oh and whats the formula for converting meters into feet?
2.In the article "Are you eating enough?" by Leah Wynne, it had a piece of seeing how much calz you should be having, and your exercise was worked out into groups for exp (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk), what does hard exercise mean?
3.Whats a good carbz, protein fat ratio for a 16 year old who wants to be/stayhealthy, and wants to build muslce ( of course) and wants to gain some weight? (p.s is a 40 carbz, 30 protien, 30fat a good persentage for some1 wanted to build muslce?)
O.k that looks like enough for now![]()
thanks for reading this.

MAX. Q

"Roughly one minute after the space shuttle launches, it must withstand a condition of extreme force known as Max Q. Mission success demands that all systems perform at the highest level.
In life, Max Q demands the same commitment to success. It requires choosing greatness, personally as well as professionally. It depends on balance, passion and courage and the wisdom gained from adversity. It is an outcome as well as an attitude."
