    this would help me greatly since bb curls hurt my wrist. I get a grinding feelin.

    I'd stick with a straight bar to build up forearm strength on the barbell curls. However, for people with wrist discomfort it looks like a good product.

    A bit pricey... and why only a weight limit of 100 lbs? Eitherway, I think this would help a lot if you have wrist discomfort.
