muscle injuries-depressed as hell!!

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
Hi all, new here

any of you torn muscles before? I had a second degree tear of my front deltoind as well as my forearm muscles from football. THe areas feel weaker (empty) when I train them. I cant seem to build up my body to pre-injury levels as feel these o;d injured areas are the limiting factors. How the hell do others overcome and continue progreesing depsite muscle injuries??!!!

thanks

5 years, I was thinking you'd say a month and I'd tell you to give it time.
Damn, what have the doctors told you? I've never had a bad injury like that so I can't help, sorry.
