CG bench//skullcrusher form

I have always done CG bench press with my hands touching in the center, but I've heard that it doesn't matter if your hands are say 6 inches apart, and can hlp with balance.

Also when doing skullcrushers, i've always used dumbells, but can u do it with a barbell? Is skullcrushers better/worse than other similiar tricep exercises? And when doing skullcrushers I've noticed that on the last set my elbows set to sag outwards. Is this cheating? How close together should i keep my elbows?

thanks

You need to keep your elbows in doing both sculls and CG bench so leave at least 8-12" apart on cg and the same for sculls.
Once your elbows start to stray out, some of the tension goes to the pecs so KEEP THEM IN!!

I use a EZ bar for sculls, it seems to work the best.

Cool
