I like weighted dips behind the back, second favorite are close grip bench presses.

MAX. Q
by Howard Balzer "Roughly one minute after the space shuttle launches, it must withstand a condition of extreme force known as Max Q. Mission success demands that all systems perform at the highest level. In life, Max Q demands the same commitment to success. It requires choosing greatness, personally as well as professionally. It depends on balance, passion and courage and the wisdom gained from adversity. It is an outcome as well as an attitude." |

My favorite is Pushdowns, but I think the CG bench and skulls have helped the most.

3 favs - all already mentioned - skullcrushers, close grip bench, and behind-back weighted dips.

Jeeze, all the good ones are taken!
I'll follow suit and say pressdowns and CG bench! |

My favorite are cable pushdowns but they are not the best. Movements such as close grip bench, Skull crushers, weighted dips and D/B or ez bar over head extensions are a few of the best excercises for size and strength.

D/B overhead Extensions are my second favorite. I do them second on tricep day after Skull Crushers or Close Grip Bench.
HOW MUCH DO YOU ALL USE ON OVERHEAD D/B EXTENSIONS???? I use 110's for 8-10 reps,, but keep in mind like I said it's my second excercise and 110 lb DB's are the heaviest I own. |
