I like weighted dips behind the back, second favorite are close grip bench presses.

My favorite is Pushdowns, but I think the CG bench and skulls have helped the most.

My favorite are cable pushdowns but they are not the best. Movements such as close grip bench, Skull crushers, weighted dips and D/B or ez bar over head extensions are a few of the best excercises for size and strength.

D/B overhead Extensions are my second favorite. I do them second on tricep day after Skull Crushers or Close Grip Bench.
HOW MUCH DO YOU ALL USE ON OVERHEAD D/B EXTENSIONS????
I use 110's for 8-10 reps,, but keep in mind like I said it's my second excercise and 110 lb DB's are the heaviest I own.
