    help with exercise upgrade

At the end of my "lower" day I have room for about 3 ab exercises. Currently I do weighted situps/crunches, that I like, side bends, that I dont have enough weight to do that hard so I just do 3 sets of 20, and leg lifts, I was using small weights but I think it was causing my back to hurt so now I just do no weights higher reps. I not one of those ab fags who goes nuts, I'm just looking for something to do 2x a week. I've been around 10% BF my whole life so I've always had some abs, now I'm just trying to build them like any other muscle and make them really pop out. Should I keep going with what I'm doing? Or change it up?

My legs are heavy enough for me to do leg raise.
