What's on your play list when you train?

Just was wondering what others were listing to and what music motivates you to stay focused. I want to update my list and find what others would offer up to add to it..... Thanks
    Respect,

I play Train when i train because their music is 8% more anabolic than other bands, based on the name coincidence. I also blast black sunday on sundays while its still dark out. If its a full moon by chance that day, PR's will be made.

I think that the most important thing is that the music pleases
your own ears. I happen to like indie rock from bands.

I found a lot of them by using pandora.com. You can also find
tons of music on youtube.com. Here are some of my current
    favorite music:

    bloc party - skeleton

the fratellis - everybody knows you cried last night

    Sugar Ray - American Pig

    Metallica - one

    Some alternative/rock is good too.
