Agreed. I like 4-5 day splits. Heavy compound moves and eat 4-5k calories a day. You will gain weight. Guranteed.
dont really matter.. just dont overtrain and eat well.
It's going to vary from person to person. As long as the routine is balanced and focuses on progression over time.
