    Muscle memory

Haven't lifted much in past 6 months due to med issues.. What routine/route has worked to get you back to your known lifting potentials... Say ive dropped 30 lbs on bp an other random weights on various exercises. Any comments, suggestions, dirty remarks?

100th time you've asked this "what should i do" question...

you ever going to compete in anything, or just keep posting, what should i do questions????

all the questions you asked these past few years, all the advice you been given, what results do you have to show for all this info given to you? any top 5, top 10 placings?

i bet you dont even compete.. just another gym rat asking dumb questions..

Step why you always comment on my shit.. You know I'm too busy protection your freedom to compete an I ask questions cause I'm curious.. Why don't you shut your negative fuckin mouth an save your breath. This is a legitimate question that will benefit me just like any other question I've asked.

dude, the past few years, IM members were kind enough to help you out, answering your questions and giving you tips and their opinions, yet you still ask the same questions...

    i dont understand..

you should have made great gains and have awsome results all the info given to you..

i got a feeling you're bored and lonley and just come on here to talk in circles..

take all the info given to you and go train, then come back here in a year with your results..

Just continue to workout as normal, lifting heavy weights. Your muscle should come back fairly quick. Maybe 6-8 weeks I'm guessing depending on diet. Not saying that 30 lbs of muscle is gonna come back that fast but if you are eating right then you should be able to gain a lot of the strength back
