Bench, Upright Rows, (I love my traps) Lat pull down/pullover Least fav Deadlifts Bent Over Rows Military Sounds crazy but oh well. I need some help with my deadlifts. ------------------ Got Muscle? Train hard, play fast, go strong. |

I hear you all with the 'good pain', as paradoxical as that is! it's like squats: There's a fuggin heavy bar across your traps and it really fricking hurts as it crushes your spinal cord...but it feels good!
I also agree with the love/hate aspect of squats i.e. I love to do them but i dread the prospect of them...hmmmm...now that i think of it...i don't really like to do them at all! I don't know why i put that i did! Oh well...Such is life!... ![]() ------------------ I'll type a good one when i feel like it... |

I DON'T HATE ANY EXERCISE THAT ENHANCES MY BODY AND MY TRAINING. I LOVE ALL WORTH WHILE EXERCISE. BUT I HATE WASTEING MY TIME WITH USE LESS EXERCISES.
