    Routine help...

    I train HIT and i am currently on this split.

    Monday
    Legs

    squat or leg press
    goodmorning or leg curl
    calf raise

    Abs


    Wednesday
    Chest

    Incline press
    flyes

    Delts
    military press
    hang clean
    db laterals

    Tris
    skull crush
    dips



    Friday

    chins
    db rows
    deads

    Bis
    bb curls

    All exercises are one set each to failure.
    I need your help to create a 2 day split, because i rarely get to workout 3 times a week.

    I was thinking of doing

    Monday
    Shoulders
    military press
    db laterals

    tris

    Legs


    Thursday
    chest

    back

    shoulders
    hang clean

    bis

    Tell me what you think.
