Not a bad routine. Im guessing youre doing the leg exts for more of a warmup on the knees/quads. I personally don't like doing squats and deads the same day. It's way to stressful on my back, but some people do like it. I like the ass to ground squats tho. Keep that up for some serious growth!

I agree with getting rid of extensions and adding deads and stiff leg deads for the hamstrings. You don't want gigantic quads and no hams. Also I would cut down the reps on squats and start loading some weight. Less reps. More weight.

Looks good but I would tweak slightly by knocking out one set each for leg press and leg extensions and replace with a few more sets of squats, perhaps a variation of front squat for those two sets if you don't get along with deadlifts for legs. But looks solid nevertheless.

Good choice of exercises IMO but it seems you are only doing 1 working set of squats. Everything leading up that set of 225 is a warm/rampup set.

NICE. Leg press with 600 for 12? Damn. I do leg presses for 420 for 10 and I thought I had monster legs...
