    Need to add some abs to my routine! help?

    Okey, so i have thought of adding some abs to my routine after a year with any.. so im just wondering if anyone here have some exercises that is really effective so i dont need to spend my hole workout for my abs..

    Don't do it! Stay away from the dark side......hit your compound lifts for core strengthening.

    Meh, what do I know anyway. Confession: (I do abs on my 'rest' days)

    You might not need to depending on your workout. If you want them to show better, lower your bodyfat %.
