
ok been out injured with a torn chest for last 8 weeks or so , i am allowed to start very LIGHT lifting again, my chest has lost alot of muscle since the injury would you reccomend i do light weights on chest more then once a week to try and kick start the muscle memory again or would you only do once a week as per my old routine, please bear in mind im not allowed to go heavy so i cant to deadlifts pull ups things like that so im debating wethert o do full body routines for a few weeks
iv also been told to do push ups every day by my physio
