flys? Do you do heavy presses? Bench, military, dips, pushups...that's about all you need....well and eating. To build anything you're going to need to eat. There is no "lifting" or other words you've read in mags and seen on tv. You're wanting to build your chest. To do that you want extra calories and good chest work. Do you know your maintenance?

^^ What he said! Bench is your basic chest exercise and you can hit it at a couple different angles, as well as w/ barbell or dumbbells. FWIW I find I need to do more visualization to get more out of my chest workouts, and ohhh do I feel it afterwards. And as always chest out, back tight, and repeat after me "We must! We must! Increase our bust!"

yes i do heavy presses, i do all of those exercises, i wanted to know if there were one or two that lifted specificly. i eat pretty clean as well im on a cycle of test E right now as well. my chest is quite strong, it has good shape but my pecks just sag a little too much for my liking.

Op, how old are you? Pecs shouldnt be sagging @ 12% bf. Is this an excess adipose issue or just age (gravity) ? Please provide further details and/or pics. some people just have low nipples, such as myself. I wish mine sat right in the middle of my pecs. not gonna happen though.

im 22, the only reason i could think of why they are sagging is because i really dont do flys. for some reason they hurt my shoulder.

Just curious if you have used something like cable cross-overs or pec deck as alternative?

Also do you have any issues at any other angles? Sounds like a rotator cuff issue, or if maybe you've got overuse / repetitive motion issues e.g. from playing baseball? Do you do any rotator warm-ups before you do chest? I think that's something that could be rehabbed to not be such an issue.

However I don't think that is the reason you have these "saggy pecs".

I had a thought that perhaps you're an older lifter with skin that's sagging a bit but at 22, I'd guess that you're underestimating you're bodyfat percentage (even if calipers or a Tanita is showing 12%) or you probably just need to further grow.

If you post a pic, we can get a better idea of what you're talking about.
