The Only Things Ya Need For Biceps!

Well the subject probably is a little lie for a lot of people out there, but I thought Id grab ur attention. Well anyways I've tried everything 12 sets for bis, 9 sets for bis, my old routine went something like : 4 sets seated alternating bicep curls, 4 sets preacher curls, 3 sets standing barbell curls. Now my biceps have never hurt after a working doing these, and I know that doesnt neccessarily mean that it hasnt been doing anytihng. But a couple weeks ago I started doing 4 sets standing barbell curls and then 1 set standing alternating bicep curls to failure, my bis couldnt be hurting more right now.

My bicep routine is 6 sets if done on a arm/shoulder day or 4 sets if done with back.
Seems to work good for me, my bb curl has gone up a little but the biggest increase as of late has been preacher curls.
    Cool
