
As a tall guy (6 3") with long arms and legs I’m never sure of what the correct ROM is. This is especially the case with exercises like shoulder and military press. Compared to shorter guys it seems like my ROM is almost double.


All the way down and up again.It doesn't matter if you're 5'8 or 6'3


The only correct ROM is full ROM.

It doesn't change. Height has little to do with how joints move.
